Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted if:

• You receive the wrong item 
• The item arrives damaged or defective

Exchange requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos) and the order number.

No Exchange on Sale Items

Items purchased on sale, discount, promotion, or clearance are strictly not eligible for exchange or refund.

Exchange Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact
• Customized/personalized items are not eligible for exchange

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was from our side.
